Amazing Cuba street photography tour: get in touch to book!
This tour will be taught with my fellow Light and Land tutor Mark Seymour
Cuba is a unique destination full of vibrant colours and with a rich history. It makes for the perfect place for your next photographic adventure! From the experienced photographer to the absolute beginner, we will guide you in capturing Cuba’s magical essence, giving you invaluable tips about taking captivating images of the culture and people of Cuba.
We will start our journey exploring the streets of Old Town in Havana, the Malecon, the boxing clubs and of many other off the beaten track locations where we can capture real Cuban life.
Travelling by air-conditioned minibus, we will then reach Vinales and Pinar Del Rio, visiting a tobacco factory and a tobacco farm and meeting a local tobacco farmer.
Cienfuegos is another unmissable location. We will be photographing this beautiful colonial town before heading on to Trinidad, one of the best places I’ve ever been for street and people photography.
We will use make time each evening to review and critique everyone’s work. This is one of the most important learning experiences for everyone!
Both me and Mark will be with you every step of the way from breakfast till dinner, shooting and guiding you throughout each day and sharing the day images with everyone.
Cuba is a dream location to learn the art of street photography and street portrait. We will also be learning elements of travel photography, how to document the locations you visit and to bring home a set of images that will make your viewers want to visit the places you are showing with your photography.
Join us for a fully immersive exploration of the streets and people of this beautiful Caribbean island: we will help you take your photography to the next level.
